These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the API endpoints and related documentation made available at this domain (the "Service"). The Service is operated independently (the "Operator"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("you" or the "User", including any automated agent acting on your behalf) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service provides programmatic, pay-per-call API endpoints — including data aggregated or relayed from third-party sources (such as exchanges, public data providers, and blockchain RPC nodes) and on-demand compute utilities. The Service is intended for use by software and autonomous agents.
Each call requires a micropayment settled on-chain via the x402 protocol. By submitting payment you authorize the corresponding on-chain transaction. Prices are shown per endpoint and may change at any time without notice. Payments are non-refundable. The Service is provided without any service-level agreement, uptime commitment, or guarantee of continued availability, and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation; (b) attempt to circumvent payment, rate limits, or access controls; (c) disrupt, overload, or impair the Service or its infrastructure; (d) use the Service to infringe the rights of others or to process data you are not permitted to process; or (e) use the Service in any manner that could harm the Service or third parties. The Operator may block or rate-limit any request at its discretion.
THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA AND OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. Data may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable, and originates from third parties the Operator does not control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR FUNDS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR ANY DATA OBTAINED THROUGH IT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. You use the Service and rely on its output entirely at your own risk.
Any market data, prices, exchange rates, gas estimates, balances, or other information provided by the Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions or transactions you make based on it.
The Service relays or aggregates data from third-party providers and infrastructure. The Operator does not endorse, and is not responsible for, third-party data, services, or their availability. Your use of such data may also be subject to those third parties' terms.
Use of the Service does not create any partnership, agency, employment, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship between you and the Operator. References to the "Operator" do not imply any specific legal entity.
The Operator may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted at this URL. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
